FAQ about our Shipping and Order Polices
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Unfortunately we don't ship international at this time.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Enter your order number on the tracking page.
Q: Do we ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes if you call our toll free number someone can take your order, we ship those priority or parcel post mail.
Q: Can I send a check?
A: Yes, our address is 22015 Leatherwood Rd. Salesville, Ohio 43778. You can either call us to get a total, or place the order online and mark as paid by check.
Q: What can I do if I can’t get my order to go through?
A: Please either email or call us at 740-679-3653 to place the order.
Q: Will you share my information with other companies?
A: We will never share any personal information including your email address for any reason other than required by law.
Q: Is my order transaction and information secure?
A: For transaction security, we use 128-Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Your account information and transaction data are stored in encrypted databases. Most browsers will indicate a secure connection within the status bar at the bottom of your screen. (Look for the padlock during checkoutorder)
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We Accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Check & Money Orders. You may call us at 740-679-3653 to place the order by phone and send a check or money order to our offices. Once we recieve payment, your order will ship. All credit card purchases must be done through our Online Store section.
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I have my package shipped C.O.D.?
A: Unfortunately, we only ship merchandise which has been pre-paid. You may contact us for a printable order form and you can send that in with your check or money order.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: To purchase online, click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be directed to the shopping cart for review. You can continue shopping at this point or simply choose the quantities you would like and finalize your order. You will be given the opportunity to adjust your billing and shipping information and then you will be prompted for your credit card information. At this point, you will be ready to place your order. After your order is processed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment tracking number so you will have the ability to track your package. All internet orders are placed with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security and your order information is then encrypted before being placed in the database.
Q: Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A: Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders. Please contact us for details.
Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?
A: Orders which are received by 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (Central Standard Time), and that are in stock, will be shipped the same day, pending credit card approval. Orders which are received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?
A: USPS and UPS Ground is the standard shipping option and usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery. We do, however, offer other shipping options including 2-day and 3-Day Select services.
Q: I want to have my order shipped to a different address, will this cause any delays?
A: Depending on credit card authorization, gift shipping to addressess other than billing address can be done.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products are guaranteed to arrive free from defects and damages, if one would arrive broken or faulty please contact for an immediate replacement FREE of charge.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be cancelled up until the time the item has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support
Center at 740-679-3653 to cancel your order.
Q: Is build up in bottom of Razor Rack reservoir common?
A: Skin, soap, water and hair will build up in bottom, keeping the corrosive mix away from your razor blades.
*Razor Rack is not intended for razors with rubber comfort fins. May cause swelling on certain rubber resins, if happens please try to remove from razor head.
Conserve your solution by allowing razor to drip as much solution as possible back into the reservoir before use.
When placing your razor back into reservoir strainer, slightly jiggle razor head in solution to agitate water and soap off your razor blades.
Mount system out of reach of children and avoid excessive water splashing.
Remind yourself to always soak your razor after every use.
Anchor system securely with provided fasteners.
Avoid back splash of solution on adhesive fasteners.
